We aim to make
the whole process of finding the right childcare
solution for your family as easy and stress free as possible.
We like to speak to all our clients personally at the outset to
understand your requirements, what is important to you and
get a feel for the type of childcarer you are looking for.
We then ask you to complete a REGISTRATION FORM
which
clarifies your requirements and acknowledges that you have
read and understood our TERMS
OF BUSINESS and FEES.
We will then send through details of suitable candidates for you
to review. This will be a profile of the candidate together with
copies of their references.
Once we have discussed the candidates with you we will set
up interviews for those you believe are most suitable. If you
would like any guidance on conducting interviews we are happy
to help and have a list of questions which you may find useful.
After the interviews we will gather feedback from you, inform
the candidates and arrange second interviews.
Once you decide to offer your position we will help negotiate
with the candidate until both parties are happy. We will then
provide you with a contract which you can personalise to
formalise the position.
Throughout the process we will keep in regular contact with
you and are always available should you need any help or
advice.
